I collected some ideas around the month of October: the colors, the weather, and the holidays that take place in this month. I hope they inspire you! This is a free inspirational activity, you can make textures any way you like!

Finally finished my textures. It's a set (well, really two sets) of 8 large textures (mostly VERY large) and 16 small textures (100x100).

YAY!Done with my set! All o these are made with stock images from google. For some of them I combined 2-3 images and put in one! I basically made 4 of various styles. The last row was based on the colour palettes.

I made two sets and posted them to icon_resources, where you can download each texture separately or as zip files.

One is more Halloween-themed with bats and the full moon, the other is about trees:



oh, and i almost forgot, lol, I made a few large textures, too, all from pictures that were taken in October (sadly not this year, for some reason most of these are from photographs from 2017 :D ). The preview is 200px wide, but they're all larger than that:
