Activity #69 - The Only Way Is Up

Going into the new year made me think of new starts, new goals, and high aspirations. And then I went and took it literally. ;)

This month's icons should show some kind of upward movement. Any interpretation is allowed - be it reaching people or towering buildings or growing plants or upward-pointing textures, whatever you can come up with. This is a free inspirational challenge. Have fun!

Fantastic icons! I really love your coloring and creative use of textures/lighting! My personal favorites here are 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, and 10 but the whole set is gorgeous! ♥

The 8th icon,loooove the colours! The last icon's colours too,great work using those saturated effects!Also liking 2 and 4 a lot!

Awesome cap choices on #1, #5, and #6. Her/their look in #9 and #10 is hilariously wide-eyed! :D

I really like the chiaroscuro in #3, too, and the complementary coloring in #8.

Meh, I feel the urge to explain myself, because there's a lot of looking up, as if that's the only relevant thing going on in these icons. So let me point out:
1. Erik is up in the air
2. Erik is about to climb up out of the cell
3. Raven is being held up
4. the elevator they're on is going up
