I really love the two hand icons. The blurry background puts the focus on the hands really well. I like the first one best, but the third one works well with the off-center placement, too.

The second one looks a bit strange with the cupcake being off-center... the text is not strong enough to balance it out. I'd suggest putting it into the center and making it symmetrical. I really like the coloring, and the shadows match up, so that's all good.

I was looking for movie caps to enter into movie_lims, but then this cap hit me and I had to make an icon of it *right away*

The hands icons could do with some sharpening. And if the backgrounds are too sharp for you then, you can just erase those parts.

The grey word doesn't stand out against the background that well. You could give it another color or change the shadow to a color that's lighter than both the word's and the background's color.

Mmm, pretty! That shine around his shirt (and the bit next to the eyebrow) bothers me though. Maybe no soft edges at all going beyond the character would be best?

Thanks! I like the hands ones as well. There's more of them, I just didn't post them all here. :)

I struggled with the cupcake. The candle made things a bit tricky with the text. :/ I've made a new one with different colors and put the cupcake in the center. Still not sure I'm real happy with it.

Thanks! I tried to sharpen the first one, but can't seem to get it to look right. And now I've noticed the shadow under his lip and can't unsee it... I'll have to see what I can do.

Yeah, I wasn't super happy with my color scheme with the cupcake. I wanted to highlight the candle, but I don't think it worked. I made a purple one as well and I like that one a little better, but the text needs work.
