All of these took me less than (or actually pretty much exactly) five minutes to make, and they all have five layers (except one, which has six). That was fun but also really stressful! :D
For #1, I had to stop in the middle of the text work, so I prefer the one without text. The text is actually a text texture (in both #1 and #4), so it wasn't time-consuming. The text in #3 is actually real text, with shadow effects, I'm proud of that! The second row... eeeh, the coloring in #4 and #5 really needs improving, but I'm happy with #6. I found that close crops are easiest for this kind of challenge, because they don't require masking and look good without text.

Here are the ones that I just couldn't resist fiddling with - of course that added a few minutes each. Worth it, though. :)
