Activity #85 - Text Me!

During our Ask The Maker activity, wickedgame wrote a text guide, and my fingers are itching to try it. So our new activity focuses on text.

The only requirement is to use text on your icon. It should be text, not a premade text texture, but otherwise every kind of text is allowed: large, tiny, walls of text, single letters, in any language, readable or not.

I love how you use such cool fonts!The last icon is just so perfect!The colours, the text placement and how it goes with the dynamic image!

I love how you used different fonts and really managed to put a lot of text in each icon! Great set overall, but he fourth and fifth ones are my favorites: you used perfect text for the images! ♥

Thank you! It's all quotes from the comic. Fitting everything I wanted and making sure it was readable was a bit difficult

I did an animated version of "It got worse from there?" as well, but it was just using the text balloon (it's in my icons)

I really like these! My fave is #6, the sinuous dynamic movement fits really well with the round text in different directions. I also really like 1 and 2.

Thanks! I was worried #6 would end up being hard to read with the direction changes and gaps, but it seems to have worked out

William is such a creature of contrasts that I HAD to do #2. He's scared of everything but the supernatural and it's adorable.

These are great and like the pages from a comics , those that used to come in Sunday magazines ! I love 1 and 5 the most , the text style and coloring combo just works.
