It's Friday! Let's talk about icons! :D

Do you have a favourite "subject" to icon? Like a favourite character, or a favourite show? Are there people/characters/shows/movies/other things that you always come back to and make icons of? And how do you decide on a subject?

dudes_ic should be in the masterlist here on the comm (but so far, I only participated in, I think, one or two challenges, since they also have models and such as themes, and I need to know a guy a bit to icon him)

birthday_celebs and celeb_it (both are usually with themes, so it depends on the theme if I icon a guy or a gal XD And of course if I find the right pics in a timely fashion ;) )

Ah, yead that was dudes_ic! Having models or a specific person to icon was the reason why I did not join. I prefer communities with themes to be free to make icons of pretty much anyone I like that fits the challenges. Thanks, I could not find which Comm it was, and it was bugging me. lol

I saw celeb_it, but I tend to prefer to icon people in character, and that one is only for out of character. lol I'm difficult, I guess. lol

I never got to take part in it. Sigh ! Must have been super fun.
I've so many HD quality caps or images of beautiful men saved in my laptop that my hands are literally itching to use them. 😐

lol What is more time consuming are the winning banners, the rest is fine because I always create pre-made templates for all the posts, to then only write a few things such as the theme and the deadline, or paste a few urls for the voting and the winners posts, so I am really well organised for that kind of Comms. However, I'm already quite busy with my icontests that are still active, and with the ones I participate in, so I'll think about it.
