Okay I figured it out. You must buy a paid account. When you have a paid account you get 100 icons. A premium paid account gets 250 icons. Once you have a paid or premium account you may purchase icon spaces at $1 each up to 500 icon spaces. Your extra icon spaces will be available while as long as you keep a paid account.
